I love the coating that's on the runner however, after 3 days the coil stretched out so far that it is now dragging on the ground and getting wrapped around my dogs feet, this is what I was trying to avoid so it's really not doing me any good. is there any type of warrenty on this? I took a picture and sent it to Heather, the picture shows the one I bought off of Amazon that I had all winter, and it never stretched but the coating all peeled off, that's why I bought one from you guys.
